Tracy Younger, ALCHEMĒ’s CEO is a devotee of medical wellness and is a devoted skin care fanatic – it was only natural to migrate her dynamic sense of aesthetics and business savvy to found a new approach to vibrant living.

As a senior healthcare executive, Tracy developed a multi-service wellness center encompassing the first hospital-based laser aesthetic center in California. For ALCHEMĒ, she has used her talent for finding the latest trends before they are mainstream, as well as her uncanny gift for recognizing unique talents, to create our winning team.

ROGER SCHECHTER, MD

FOUNDER

Our Founder and Medical Director, Roger Schechter has reinvented himself three times in his career. He started as a Family Practice doctor, but was quickly enticed by the fast paced world of Emergency Medicine. Eventually, he evolved in to a thought leader in Chronic Wound Care.

Most recently, he was recruited by Tracy Younger (Our CEO) to learn the secrets of Aesthetic Medicine, and to co-found ALCHEMĒ. His passion for health made this a natural next step. Dr. Schechter’s restless and inquiring nature won’t allow him to simply accept being ruled by convention. Along with the ALCHEMĒ team, he is developing the dynamic concepts of Rebellious Health.

MARIA LOPEZ BONILLA, MD

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Maria is a native of San Diego and takes immense pride in practicing dermatology in her hometown, where she also raises her four children. Her journey into medicine was deeply personal, motivated by the loss of her mother to malignant melanoma during her childhood. This tragedy steered her towards a career where she could confront this deadly disease daily. As a dermatologist, Maria is committed to treating her patients with the compassion and care she would expect for herself.

Beyond her professional life, Maria embraces the Thrive philosophy, finding joy and balance through hiking, yoga, meditation, and cherished moments with her family. Her approach to both life and her medical practice is rooted in a deep belief in nurturing well-being, both inside and out.

MICHAEL CASTELLANOS, NP

AESTHETIC NURSE PRACTITIONER

Michael is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, known for his meticulous attention to detail and artistic eye. He is a fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.

While working alongside industry-leading experts at an aesthetic dermatology practice in Washington, D.C., Michael gained valuable expertise in the injection of neuromodulators and fillers as well as the proper use of lasers, and various cosmetic devices. He now has over 12 years of experience in aesthetics and dermatology.

MONICA GREEN, NP

AESTHETIC NURSE PRACTITIONER

Monica Green is an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of nursing experience. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New York University and then went on to get her Master of Science in Nursing degree from The University of Southern California. 

Monica has extensive experience with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, lasers, and facial treatments. She prides herself on enhancing patients' natural beauty. Her goal is to make every patient feel confident and rejuvenated. In her free time, Monica enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She leads an active lifestyle with hobbies including traveling, yoga, and pilates.

Lissie is a dedicated registered nurse who earned her degree from the prestigious Louisiana State University in New Orleans. With a strong foundation in healthcare, she initially embarked on her nursing career in the intensive care unit (ICU). However, her unwavering passion for aesthetics and helping people feel their best led her down a transformative path.

Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in the world of beauty and self-confidence, Lissie decided to pursue her dream of becoming an aesthetic nurse injector. Since making this bold career change, she hasn't looked back.

Lissie's true passion lies in the art of enhancing natural beauty and boosting self-esteem. She takes immense pride in her ability to make clients look and feel their absolute best. Her compassionate and caring nature, honed through years of nursing, shines through in every interaction.
